Our project management group can implement waste reduction a program from the moment construction of a new facility begins, setting the precedent for start up and production.
Our preventive maintenance groups focus on throughput. Minimized production for maximized output means less energy utilization and less waste generation.
Our waste energy group has provided operation and maintenance functions for waste to energy technology providers. We are currently validating a process that converts any waste stream (hazardous or non-hazardous) to energy. This process is compact and capable of generating power on site by processing all waste streams that a plant or combination of plants may generate. The process creates practically no emissions.
Our waste logic group provides resident managers at each facility. These managers do not have equity interest in the landfills or disposal facilities. Their focus is on total cost reduction of waste streams and environmentally conscious disposal methods. This differs from conventional methodology of paying the people who are in the landfill business to reduce disposal costs.
Our environmentally sound capital equipment partners provide our customers with equipment that has been proven to support process throughput and quality requirements, while reducing any negative impact on the environment.
Our automation and controls partner provides state of the art robotic and automation equipment and controls that assure quality throughput with reduced manpower and overhead requirements.
These core competencies are already performing for our target markets with exception to the waste to energy group. Our waste energy group can enter the automotive market as a means of improving the services already provided. Our group has patented technology that no other company can offer. With a combined focus, and implementation of the waste energy group we can answer the major needs of our clients immediately.
Once this process is in place, we expect that every manufacturer in the world will follow suite. This is an unsurpassed growth technology plan that will not only reach into other industries but will one day, be utilized by the general public.
